It’s only June, but it’s never too early to start thinking about high school football in the Southern Six of Mississippi.
When you think about a new season, you likely think first about schedules.
The regular season for seven Southern Six teams will begin on Aug. 23. Halloween night, which is a Thursday, will feature two season-ending games.
Some rivalry games will be Thursday contests, including Gulfport at Biloxi and the Harrison Central at Gulfport season finale. In fact, several teams will finish the season with Thursday night games rather than the traditional Friday night games.
All games will kick off at 7.
