PERKINSTON — It will be Cancer Awareness Day on Friday at Ross-Smith Field when Mississippi Gulf Coast closes out it home regular-season schedule.
Northwest Mississippi will visit for a doubleheader scheduled to start at 2 p.m. Buy your tickets ahead of time to save money. It costs $7 for adults or $5 for youth online, or $10 and $7 at the gate. Tickets are available at http://mgcccbulldogs.com/tickets, and the game will be streamed at https://mgcccbulldogs.com/watch.
On-field ceremonies to celebrate cancer survivors will take place before the game.

On April 20, 2023, Gulf Coast split a doubleheader with Northwest at Senatobia. The Bulldogs lost the opener 10-9 but won the second 5-4.
