Roberson singled in two runs, and Jett Harrell (So., Clarksdale/Lee Academy) followed with an RBI single. The Bulldogs scored five more times on a series of walks, errors and wild pitches.
Kylee Necaise (So., Gulfport/West Harrison) went the distance for Gulf Coast, striking out five and allowing just one earned run.
