A total of 23 senior standout prep football players from the “Southern Six” were honored with selections to a pair of prestigious upcoming gridiron All-Star contests Wednesday morning.

These seven studs were picked for the Mississippi Roster for the Alabama/Mississippi All-Star Football Classic:

Zarion Brown, Bay High, OL

Ky McClendon, Gulfport, DL

Tylan Carter, Ocean Springs, DL

Amarion Tyson, Picayune, LB

Jamonta Waller, Picayune, LB

Noreel White, St. Martin, WR

Chris Davis, Picayune, RB

*The game will be played on Saturday, Dec. 16 at Noon in Hattiesburg on the campus of the University of Southern Mississippi.

Also, Moss Point head football coach John Feaster has been selected as an asst. coach for the Mississippi Team in the annual Alabama/Mississippi All-Star Football Classic.

These 16 seniors in the “Southern Six” have been selected to the South Roster for the annual Bernard Blackwell North/South All-Star Football Game:

Prince Cottonham, Gulfport, DB

Damon Felder, Gulfport, DB

Angel McGee, Gautier, DL

Jayden Acker, Pass Christian, DL

Jabari McWilliams, Picayune, DL

Jacob Bradford, St. Stanislaus, DL

Trace Carter, Ocean Springs, LB

*The game will be played on Saturday, Dec., 9th at historic Milner Stadium in Gulfport.

Also, Gulfport head football coach Blake Pennock will be the head coach for the South Team in the annual Bernard Blackwell North/South All-Star Football game. His assistants include Picayune head coach Cody Stogner, Hancock head coach Neil Lollar and GHS asst. Zack Green.

Antoine ran for 285 yards and three touchdowns and he also caught a touchdown pass in the Tigers’ 40-18 Homecoming win over Presbyterian Christian last week.
