PERKINSTON — Mississippi Gulf Coast opens MACCC play Tuesday when East Central makes the trip down to Bary Thrash Field.

Despite losing their only game last week, the Bulldogs moved up one spot in the NJCAA rankings. Gulf Coast is now ranked fifth.

Neko Worthy (Fr., St. Martin/St. Martin), Victor Moerck (So., Vaerlose, Denmark/Lyngby Handelsgymnasium) and Dorian Robinson (Fr., Biloxi/Biloxi) scored, and David Ruiz Ospina (So., Manizales, Colombia/Gimnasio del Pacifico) had four saves in the shutout.
