POPLARVILLE, Miss. — The Pearl River women’s golf program will hold its first tryout from 9-11 a.m. April 16 at Millbrook Golf & Country Club in Picayune, Miss.
To be eligible to participate, golfers must be an unsigned high school senior or college freshman.
The tryout will highlight the golfers’ driving, putting and chipping abilities and will include four holes of golf. Clubs are strongly recommended. If someone needs to borrow clubs, they can call the pro shop at (601) 798-8711.
The tryout is free to all qualified golfers.
